Sportsprop Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Sportsprop services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Challenge and Evaluation Process

Sportsprop offers proprietary trading challenges (Smart, Strong, Steady) designed to evaluate the discipline and strategy of prospective bettors. The process is as follows:

1.1 Challenge Fee

  • A non-refundable, one-time fee is required to start the evaluation for any plan.
  • This fee covers access to the challenge and platform.

1.2 Challenge Duration and Rules

  • The challenge duration for all plans is 30 Prediction Days. A prediction day is defined as any day the predictor picks the required picks for their chosen plan.
  • Bettors must strictly adhere to the specific Picks, Odds, and Success Requirement detailed for the Smart, Strong, and Steady plans.
  • Failure to meet the requirements or exceeding the time limit results in the failure of the challenge. A new challenge must be purchased to re-enter.

2. Account and Payouts

2.1 Funding and Capital

Upon successfully passing a challenge, the predictor is requests payout and is paid. All trading is executed using Sportsprop's capital. The predictor risks no personal capital at any stage.

2.2 Payout Structure (USDT)

  • Payouts are processed exclusively in USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency.
  • The payout schedule includes a First Pay upon successful completion, subsequent Monthly Additions, and a potential Payout Peak, all as defined in the plan details.
  • Predictor must not engage in any activity that violates the integrity of the market or the platform (e.g., latency abuse, arbitrage, or syndicate betting outside of challenge guidelines).

3. General Rules and Conduct

3.1 Multiple Accounts and Predictions

Predictors are allowed to purchase and operate multiple challenge accounts.

3.2 Intellectual Property

The "Bet Secret" formula and "Gang Predict" system are the intellectual property of Sportsprop. Distribution or sale of these resources outside of the official Telegram community is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all accounts, funded or otherwise.

4. Liability and Indemnification

Sportsprop provides tools and capital, but betting carries inherent risk. Sportsprop is not liable for any losses incurred by the bettor. The bettor agrees to indemnify Sportsprop against all liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the platform.
